Across continents, in the United States, Europe, and in Asia, Frank has led financial service companies through the digital changes necessary for them to effectively compete.  His significant domain expertise has allowed him to identify the KPIs and methodology necessary for success; while working collaboratively with the regulators, service providers, and product platforms.  He, and his team, have led successful efforts as follows:

  • Pioneered a smart beta product platform that removes all fund management fees
  • Developed distribution channel for clients in institutional managed accounts, intermediary, and retail channels
  • Implementation of a virtual advisor ("robo-advisors") platform in the United States for several large multi-family offices
  • Expanded virtual advice expertise on several client engagements to all US-based custodial platforms.  These included Schwab, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, and Pershing.
  • Development of a client acquisition and lead generation platform for over 115+ US-based registered investment advisors
  • Implementation of several virtual advisors for several external asset managers (EAMs) in Singapore and Hong Kong.  These engagements incorporated local regulatory and KYC protocols.
  • Development of several large on-line acquisition brands that have been utilized in the USA and Asia.  Key focuses on: retirement, health care, housing, college planning and insurance.
  • Re-branding of a traditional South East Asian EAM to a digital firm and 24/7 marketing process.
  • Defined and implemented for clients a mobile trading offering that removed all costs associated with equity trading
  • Implemented an inbound marketing platform for one of SEAsia's largest independent broker-dealers
  • Development of a mobile App to be released in early 2016 for "Free Mutual Funds" across the USA, Europe, Australia, and China.
